Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Portland, OR area. This in-person, full-time role supports multiple school sites and ASAP-December 18th coverage. You will collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver school-based PT services and improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required.
• Active Oregon PT License is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
