• Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license or eligible.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care.
• Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and educate patients.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and referring providers to deliver quality care.
• Build patient relationships while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Pursue ongoing education and team collaboration to grow capabilities.
