Precision Rehabilitation & Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Hanford, CA is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. We invest in your growth through mentorship, collaboration, and career development opportunities, from new grads to experienced clinicians.

You’ll enjoy a competitive compensation package with a salary of $90,000–$115,000 per year, a sign-on bonus up to $30,000, and performance-based incentives.

Competenze

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or Pending California Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care.

Mansioni

• Evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care that gets results.
• Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and educate patients for injury prevention.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and referring providers to deliver the Second-to-None experience that PRO-PT is known for.
• Build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Expand expertise through continuing education and teamwork.
