PRO-PT Physical Therapy in Porterville, CA is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. We value Second-to-None patient care and invest in clinician growth through mentorship, collaboration, and education opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary range ($90,000–$115,000 annually) with a sign-on bonus up to $30,000, flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing clinical education to support career advancement in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program completion or near completion.
• California Physical Therapist license or eligible for licensure.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or ability to obtain before patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based care to help patients regain function.
• Track progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and referring providers to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
