SportsMed Physical Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists across New Jersey as part of our expansion. We offer a structured path for mentorship and career growth, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required.
• New grads and experienced Physical Therapists welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients and develop rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations.
• Maintain communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists and other providers.
• Complete notes thoroughly and promptly to support collaborative care.
• Participate in monthly meetings to address challenges and clinic goals.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives.

What Our Therapists Do

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans
• Deliver exceptional evidence‑based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations
• Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers to ensure quality patient care
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to maintain collaborative care across disciplines
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals
