Professional Physical Therapy in Plainview, NY is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time role. You will perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy in a patient-centered setting.

Base Salary:$90,000–$100,000
Total Compensation:$95,000–$120,000
(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)
