Position Summary

The Physical Therapist assesses the need for, develops, and delivers physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. Responsibilities include making referrals to other disciplines, implementing individualized therapy programs, educating patients and caregivers, and promoting health.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of PT experience
• Availability to travel and reside temporarily outside the primary home location
