Immediate Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to partner with patients in their homes, helping restore motion and maximize quality of life. Two years of clinical experience is preferred, and you will service Bucks County as part of our growing organization.

You will develop individualized care plans, implement treatment techniques, and promote overall wellness with evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a physical therapist
• Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
• Current license to practice physical therapy
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Physical Therapist needed to join a growing well established organization serving Philadelphia. We are looking for committed Physical Therapists to act as the patient’s partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation in the patient's home. Two years of clinical experience is necessary. This position will service Bucks County.
