CareRing Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Philadelphia-area home health and hospice team. You will partner with patients to restore motion and maximize function at home, using evidence-based techniques and individualized care plans.

You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation in the patient's home. Two years of clinical experience is necessary.
