Strive Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation in the Philadelphia area is seeking licensed physical therapists to join our clinician-led network. This role offers a clear path for clinical excellence or leadership growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered approach.
• Desire to grow clinically or into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify movement dysfunction using strong clinical reasoning.
• Develop and progress individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Track outcomes and adjust care to maximize patient success.
• Build meaningful relationships and guide patients through their full recovery journey.
