Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Texas licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Interest or experience in orthopedic, balance/vestibular, or pelvic health rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy services.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Participate in community outreach and referral development.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience while contributing to the growth of the clinic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary: $85,000-$110,000, based on experience and qualifications
