Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Pennington, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist for Outpatient Orthopedics. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with no weekends, offering a salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually based on experience.

You will collaborate with orthopedic physicians at the Rothman Institute, participate in mentorship and CEU programs, and enjoy a robust benefits package including a $3,000 sign-on and monthly student loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy degree and be licensed in NJ.
• CPR certification and current PT license.
• Strong communication and teamwork with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Collaborate with referring orthopedic physicians to optimize patient outcomes.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Pennington, NJ

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. No Weekends!

Compensation: Salary range $80,000-$95,000 annually based on your experience.

Incentives: $3000 Sign on Bonus, plus $350 per month in student loan assistance

Unique Location/Job Details: Multiple therapist outpatient orthopedic center that sees a diverse patient mix from pediatrics to geriatrics. Work closely with referring orthopedic physicians at the Rothman Institute.
