Job description

Physical Therapist Job in Overland Park, KS

Exercise Sport Physical Therapy is hiring for a Physical Therapist job in Overland Park, KS, for a clinician who wants meaningful work, real patient impact, and a practice that respects both clinical outcomes and your time. You’ll provide individualized, evidence-based care in a true one-on-one setting, supported by a collaborative team and systems designed to help you focus on your patients. If you want to build a long-term career where you can sharpen your skills, develop as a clinician, and make a measurable difference in people’s lives, this is a place to put that work into practice.

One-on-One Care With Time to Do Your Best Work

At ESPT, the patient experience comes first. You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands‑on care without staggered or overlapping patient sessions. That true 1:1 patient-to-PT model gives you the opportunity to be fully present with each person, track their progress, adjust care as needed, and build the trust that helps patients feel confident and empowered throughout their recovery.

You’ll also have practical support behind your clinical work. ESPT uses streamlined documentation and administrative processes, a modern EMR system, and AI-supported documentation tools designed to improve efficiency. Rather than being buried in administrative work, you can spend more of your time doing what you became a physical therapist to do: evaluating, treating, educating, and helping people regain function and quality of life.

Grow With Intention and Build a Career That Matters

Our philosophy is simple: Practice With Purpose. Grow With Intention. Build a Career That Matters. We believe strong clinicians keep learning, welcome coaching, and take ownership of their work. You’ll be part of a collaborative, clinician-team-focused culture with ongoing mentorship, professional development, clinical growth pathways, and leadership development opportunities.

We’re looking for a therapist who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and brings warmth, empathy, curiosity, and positive energy to patient interactions. You’ll be expected to communicate clearly, collaborate with your team, embrace accountability, and continually refine your clinical and interpersonal skills.
