Job summary

PT Solutions in Overland Park, KS is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to advance orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health and neurologic rehab. You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

The role includes a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, free continuing education, and growth pathways to leadership, with competitive base

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure to practice.
• BLS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow in the EMR.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $77,000–$100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Available!

• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification

• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
