Stonehenge of Orem is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time, in-house rehab program in Orem, UT. You will conduct screenings, develop care plans, and deliver rehabilitative interventions aligned with clinical standards.

New grads are welcome, with opportunities to advance within a collaborative, post-acute care team that values CAPLICO principles and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.
• Open to all experience levels, including new grads.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST - FULL TIME - STONEHENGE OF OREM - OREM, UT

Stonehenge of Orem, UT, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist license is required.
