Comprehensive Home Health Solutions is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to deliver in-home therapy in the Reno, NV area. You will assess mobility, design personalized plans, and provide evidence-based treatment to help clients improve strength, balance, and independence.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Nevada.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, strength, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate clients and families on exercises, mobility, and safety.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide individualized therapy services to clients in their homes throughout the Reno, NV area.

In this role, you will assess mobility and physical function, develop personalized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapy, and help clients improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence.

You’ll also collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
