The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients in accordance with the laws and rules that govern the practice of physical therapy in the state of Ohio. Although team members report directly to a team leader, they are also responsible to each other, to those they supervise (rehab assistants and athletic trainers) and to other participants included in the patient care activities. **MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**Bachelor's Level Degree Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited school or equivalent combination of education or experience. Currently licensed in the state of Ohio as a Physical Therapist. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred. **Required Qualifications**All Physical Therapist team members must hold current licensure with the State of Ohio, Physical Therapy and Athletic Training Board.
