The Sports Medicine Rehab Physical therapist is currently licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Ohio. This individual will work within a team-oriented sports medicine rehabilitation program. These services are offered via outpatient service sites to patients who have disorders and conditions associated primarily with orthopedic and sports-related injuries. The sports medicine team members report to the rehabilitation team leader as part of the OSU Sports Medicine & Rehab program structure.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited school or equivalent combination of education or experience. Currently licensed in the state of Ohio as a Physical Therapist. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
