Schedules containing a weekend day receive a premium hourly rate for ALL DAYS/HOURS
General Summary: In this role you will provide physical therapy services to patients impaired by physical dysfunction, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation of treatment plans. Participates in patient care conferences, program development, and screenings as appropriate. Provides supervision for PTAs and aides as assigned. Completes appropriate documentation and adheres to policies, procedures and current standards of clinical practice.
