ARC Physical Therapy+ in Ava, MO seeks a passionate Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and support individuals throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including EMR system, database software, and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral and patient's records to determine required PT treatment
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals, and create a comprehensive program
• Implement treatment program and provide essential PT treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy+ in Ava, MO. As a vital member of our clinic, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.New graduates are encouraged to apply, we’d love for you to start your career with us!

Additional Information

• $78,000-$95,000 - Based on experience
• Incentive plan for clinicians who consistently see a higher number of patients per day
