Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Physical Therapist in Paris, AR to perform objective assessments and implement individualized treatment programs for adults and geriatric patients. The role involves direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehab technicians, with oversight of PT assistants in line with State Practice Acts.

Qualifications include a valid state PT license and a degree in Physical Therapy (BS, MS, or DPT), plus current BLS certification.

• Current State license of Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification required and current.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for adults and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and oversee rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants as per state guidelines.
• Adhere to Mercy policies, service standards and department procedures.
