Job summary

Mercy - Paris, Arkansas, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients under Therapy Leadership. This role includes direct supervision of patients and supervision of rehabilitation technicians as well as PT assistants while aligning with Mercy's mission and standards.

The candidate should hold a current State license in Physical Therapy with BLS certification; a BS/MS/DP T or DPT is

Qualifications

• Current State license of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification required; active before treating patients.
• Six months to one year experience in rehabilitation preferred, with adult/geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Provide general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
• Follow Mercy mission, values, and service standards while delivering therapy.
