• Strong orthopedic background with a solid foundation in loading principles

• Inclusive mindset - Gender-affirming, and trauma-informed
• Able to see the big and small picture and connect the two
• Comfortable offering flexible hours
• Motivated to grow clinically and financially (we offer incentive opportunities)
• Pelvic health experience is a plus, but not required - Mentorship and training are available for strong ortho clinicians ready to dive in.
