A leading wellness and rehabilitation center in New York City is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with a specialization in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation to join their multidisciplinary team. This is an in-person role focused on delivering highly personalized therapy to patients recovering from pulmonary and cardiac conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with cardiopulmonary diagnoses
• Conduct functional assessments and track patient progress
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care
• Educate patients on safe exercise techniques, breathing strategies, and lifestyle changes
• Monitor vital signs and adjust therapy accordingly
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York
