JOB PURPOSE:

The Physical Therapist plans and administers Physical therapy treatment programs for medically referred patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body parts.

RESPONIBILITIES:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and pain levels.
• Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments, medical history, and patient goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based therapies, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Education and Training: Teach patients proper exercises, techniques, and preventive care strategies to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.

REQUIREMENTS:
