Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide personalized home health care in New Paris, Indiana. You will deliver skilled PT based on individualized plans, evaluate patient needs, set rehabilitation goals, and adjust treatments for optimal home outcomes.

Work with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety, document progress, and support independence and quality of life in the home.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license in the state of employment or eligibility to obtain.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in diverse home environments.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
