Job Description for Physical Therapist at Rehab Without Walls

Join our team at Rehab Without Walls - Home and Community Program, specializing in Neuro Rehab! We are growing and seeking clinicians in Nashua, Manchester, or Concord (work where you live). We offer PRN and Part-Time opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Re-assess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing and family meetings
• Conduct discharge evaluations, and provide safety recommendations and resources
• Communicate patient progress to the team, physicians, and families
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current unrestricted PT license in practicing state
• Basic Life Support or CPR certification as per state regulations
• At least one year of relevant work experience preferred
• Knowledge of neurological injury rehabilitation techniques
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
• Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, visual acuity, walking, and standing for extended periods
