The position requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy, IL licensure or eligibility, and CPR certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy education program.
• PT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois.
• CPR Certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients (birth–18 years).
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve gross motor, self-care, and functional skills.
• Support families with coaching and modeling to reinforce treatment goals.
