Elite Spine and Sports Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans, delivering one-on-one skilled care to patients.

You will educate patients, monitor progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PA Physical Therapist license or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations to identify impairments and goals.

Job Description

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to identify patients’ impairments, functional limitations, and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s diagnosis, functional needs, and personal goals.
• Provide one-on-one skilled physical therapy treatment, including therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, home exercise program, and strategies to improve function and prevent future injury.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Perform appropriate reassessments and communicate progress with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical, legal, and insurance requirements.
• Establish strong relationships with patients through compassionate care, clear communication, and individualized attention.
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Stay current with evidence-based physical therapy practices, treatment techniques, and clinical guidelines.
• Participate in patient education, community outreach, and clinic marketing activities when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
• Follow all applicable professional, ethical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and help create an excellent patient experience from evaluation through discharge.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible for a Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
