Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist

Location: 263 Changebridge Road Montville, NJ

Salary Range: $82,000-110,000 depending on years of experience

** Up to a $10,000 sign on bonus **

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist (PT):

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers effectively; plan for discharge when appropriate.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and communicate effectively with team members.
• Support professional growth and departmental performance improvement.
• Perform other duties related to patient care and program development.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration REQUIRED to start.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; entry-level/new graduates accepted.
