Job summary

Nightingale at Monticello – A Nightingale Community in Arkansas is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing and rehab team. In this full-time role you will provide high-quality PT services, evaluate residents, and develop individualized treatment plans to restore strength and mobility.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress according to state guidelines, educate residents and families, and contribute to a positive therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Arkansas.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a therapy team.
• Dependable, organized, and committed to excellent care.

Responsibilities
