Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking physical therapists to provide in-home, one-on-one outpatient care across the region. You’ll control your own schedule while Luna handles matching to nearby patients, typically within a 30-minute drive. You’ll document quickly in the Luna app and deliver care per each patient’s plan.

The role offers per-visit pay with the opportunity to increase earnings by accepting more visits, plus safety features and integrated workout monitoring through the Luna app.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
