Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy, based in California, is looking for dedicated physical therapists to provide outpatient care in patients' homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, allowing therapists to choose when and how often they work, along with per-visit pay that can increase earnings by adding more visits.

Therapists will use the Luna app for documentation and monitoring exercises, with a focus on ensuring a convenient, safe experience for both patients and providers. This position is available on a part-time or full-time basis, providing a supportive environment to flourish in your practice.

Qualifications

• Hold an active, state-specific physical therapy license.
• Possess reliable personal transportation for patient visits.
• Maintain a valid liability insurance policy.
• Have current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes.
• Set your own availability and treatment schedule.
• Complete documentation quickly using the Luna app.
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
