Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate pelvic health physical therapist to join our Jackson, NJ team. The role emphasizes improving access and quality of pelvic health rehabilitation, with a nationwide network of specialty-trained therapists.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid New Jersey state PT license/registration REQUIRED to start.
• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; entry level/new grad acceptable.
• Pelvic health interest encouraged; nationwide pelvic health specialty options available.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides patient and caregiver education for discharge planning and ongoing care.

Location: Jackson, NJ

Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weekly Compensation: $86k-$110k+ annually depending on years of experience

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist (PT):

• Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops and appropriately progresses individualized treatment plans.
• Provides thorough education to patients and caregivers in a manner they can understand, and plans appropriately for discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care.
• Participates in departmental initiatives and demonstrates effective communication with all rehab team members.
• Facilitates professional growth, development and overall improvement of departmental performance.
• Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline-specific therapy services, and design of program delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start.
• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; entry level/New Grad acceptable
• We are open to mentor a new graduates with Pelvic Health interest. Pelvic floor physical therapist with 1+ yr experience preferred. Join our national network of specialty-trained, highly competent pelvic health therapists.
