OSR Physical Therapy - Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our private practice. You will provide comprehensive physical therapy care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Minnesota state physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles.
  • Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Strong documentation and electronic health record skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Physical stamina and ability to assist patients with mobility.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

  • Utilize rehabilitation equipment and techniques effectively.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and care coordination discussions.

Additional Information
  • The salary range begins at $72,000 and increases based on relevant experience. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan
