Job summary

Big Stone Therapies is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our community team in Mahnomen, MN. The position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, with a 40-hour week and a flexible Monday–Friday schedule.

You will work across outpatient, SNF, LTC, and home health settings in a collaborative care model. We encourage new grads and offer student loan repayment from day one, along with extensive continuing education opportunities and robust benefits including health, dental, life, HSA, 401k, and paid

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Must have, or be eligible for, licensing as a PT in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Settings: This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including Outpatient, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), and Home Health care services.
