Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and educating patients while maintaining detailed clinical documentation.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 1:1 mentorship and opportunities for leadership growth. Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license; new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality outpatient orthopedic PT care.


• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.


• Educate patients and monitor progress.


• Maintain clinical documentation.


• Support patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM-6:00 PM


• Tuesday & Friday: 7:00 AM-12:00 PM


• No weekends or on-call.


• 1 patient per 30 minutes.


• Patient population primarily 55+.
