What You'll Do

Deliver Life-Changing Care:

• Evaluate patients to understand their unique physical and emotional needs.
• Create personalized plans of care that focus on achieving measurable, functional goals.
• Provide treatment that answers patients’ questions and addresses their concerns about recovery and progress.
• Educate patients on effective treatment options and home exercises to complement their in-clinic care.
  
  
  

Drive Patient Success:

• Monitor progress, revise care plans, and set new goals to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Incorporate pain management techniques that improve functionality and quality of life.
• Prepare patients for discharge with strategies to prevent future injuries and promote long-term wellness.
  
  
  

Collaborate and Lead:

• Supervise PT Technicians during patient treatments to ensure consistent, quality care.
• Work alongside our team to develop evidence-based protocols for common diagnoses and participate in clinic-supported research initiatives.
  
  
  

Grow and Innovate:

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: A valid Physical Therapy license.
