Lifestyle Physical Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a well-established outpatient practice serving a rural Idaho community. The role offers mentorship, collaboration, and diverse patient care across outpatient orthopedics, general rehab, and affiliated settings.

You will work closely with experienced therapists, focusing on strong patient relationships, ongoing professional growth, and contributing to a trusted local healthcare team. Idaho licensure required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current Idaho licensure (or eligibility) as Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in outpatient orthopedic and general rehabilitation settings.
• Collaborate with therapists in treatment planning and ongoing mentorship.
• Participate in cross-setting care including outpatient, acute care, swing bed, and home health services.
• Support a one-on-one mentorship and team-based care environment.

Multi-Setting Practice | Rural Community Setting

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a well-established outpatient physical therapy practice serving a welcoming rural community. Our practice has a long-standing presence in the area. It works closely with a local hospital and home health agency, offering an opportunity to hone skills and provide meaningful patient care across a multitude of settings.

The clinician in this role will work closely with our experienced therapists, providing ongoing mentorship, collaboration, and clinical support. This position is ideal for someone who values strong patient relationships, professional growth, and being part of a close-knit, respected healthcare team.
