Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a medical Clinic, providing expert care and rehabilitation services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and administer treatment plans prescribed by physicians for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or physical disabilities using techniques such as heat, electricity, massage, and exercise.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all physical therapy services.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and confidentiality guidelines.
• Regularly interact with referring providers and their staff.
• Engage with patients and their families to support treatment progress.
• Attend team meetings as required.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Certification/Licensure: Current Washington State PT license.
• Experience in treating patients with musculoskeletal issues in an outpatient environment.
• Experience in pelvic rehabilitation is desirable but not required.
  
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs).
• Experience treating patients ranging from ages 16 to 80+.
  
  

Work Schedule & Environment:

• Shift Timing:
• 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (preferred)
• Option for 8-hour shifts
• Workdays:
• 10-hour shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
• 8-hour shifts: Monday – Friday
• Rate: Starting at $50/hr
• Contract-to-Hire Salary Range: $48-$57 per hour
• Dress Code: Semi-casual, professional attire (scrubs are not allowed).
• Travel: No travel required; work is on-site only at the clinic.
