Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate residents, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide mobility and function improvements to enhance quality of life.

You will work with a collaborative care team, perform hands-on therapy, educate residents and families, and stay current with PT research and best practices. A state license and 2+ years SNF experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.

Responsibilities

Working Hours and Compensation:

This is a full-time position with 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. There is no weekend rotation required. The salary range for this position is $44.08-48.44 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
