Jobot is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team in Marion, SC. You will evaluate mobility and design individualized treatment plans to improve residents’ mobility, independence, and quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds a South Carolina PT license, CPR certification, and has experience caring for geriatric and medically complex patients. This on-site, permanent role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

• Current or eligible South Carolina Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance work, and functional mobility training.
• Help residents recover following illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization.
• Identify fall risk, weakness, and changes in functional status.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, OT, SLP, and other care team members.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing
