Jobot is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our patient-centered rehab team in New Mexico. The role involves evaluating patients, creating personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with clinicians to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A current license to practice physical therapy.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in therapeutic exercise, functional mobility training, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, balance and fall prevention, and patient and family education.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional status, physical performance, and mobility needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans focusing on therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and gait training.
  • Utilize assistive devices and neuromuscular re-education techniques to enhance patient mobility.
  • Implement balance and fall prevention strategies to promote patient safety.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans and progress, addressing concerns as needed.
  • Set realistic goals and adjust plans to help patients reach them.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Plan for discharge and follow-up care or equipment needs.
  • Track progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:
