Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. You will develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans, and collaborate with school teams to support carryover of skills.

The role is 0.4 FTE (~16 hours/week) with competitive pay of $50/hour, W-2 employment, liability insurance, and benefits eligibility. Experience in school-based settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Arizona PT License.
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
