Job summary

Saratoga Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at McClellan, CA. The role involves developing and implementing treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with emphasis on patient-centered care. Minimum qualifications include an active Physical Therapy license, Board Certification, BLS and ACLS certifications, plus at least one year each of inpatient

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy and Board Certified.
• Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Minimum of one year of inpatient rehabilitation experience and one year of outpatient PT experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations to determine their physical condition and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patient goals and needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to improve physical function.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

About the Role:
