Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicatedPhysical Therapistto join our team of specialists. This role offers the opportunity to work within an interdisciplinary team that values collaboration, creativity, and evidence-based outcomes.

You will manage a diverse caseload involving orthopedic and neurologic conditions, making a meaningful impact on patients’ recovery and return to productive employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for injured workers
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals
• Deliver evidence-based interventions focused on functional restoration
• Coordinate care within our multidisciplinary team
• Create home exercise programs and provide patient education
• Maintain detailed documentation that meetsLabor & Industriesguidelines
• Participate in team conferences and program development initiatives
• Track and document functional progress to support return-to-work goals

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of anaccredited Physical Therapy program
• Washington State Physical Therapy licenseor eligibility to obtain
• CPR certification(within 60 days of hire)

Preferred

• 2+ years of experience (or exceptional new graduate)
• Experience in orthopedic conditions and work rehabilitation
• Familiarity withWorkers' Compensationprocesses
• Strong interest in supporting injured workers’ return to employment
