Job summary

OrthoVirginia in Lynchburg seeks a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will deliver expert care, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and technicians to support recovery and return to function.

You'll conduct evaluations, design tailored treatment plans, guide exercises, and document progress while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Orthopedic experience preferred, but all levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As a Physical Therapist, you'll deliver expert care in an outpatient orthopedic setting, working closely with patients to restore and enhance their performance and well-being. You'll be part of a collaborative care team, educating patients and empowering them through every step of their recovery journey.

Compensation

INDTHP1 Compensation Range for this position: $71,600.00 - $107,400.00 Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
