Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Logansport, IN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team, treating a diverse caseload across ages and conditions, including post-operative rehab, vestibular and concussion care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Outpatient clinical experience if a new grad.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a seasoned clinician.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Our physical therapy center in Logansport , IN is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is a motivated self‑starter and passionate about growing professionally through mentorship and continued learning. As part of our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post‑operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, sports performance, pelvic health, dry needling and more!

1:1 mentorship provided for all new graduates!

Compensation:

• Salary starting at $75,000 up to $105,000 (Commensurate with experience)

• Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus

• $350/Monthly Student Debt Repayment Program
