Select Physical Therapy in Monticello, IN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You’ll treat a diverse caseload across ages and conditions and contribute to a mentorship-focused environment.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $75,000 to $105,000 plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a $350 monthly student debt repayment program, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Our physical therapy center in Monticello, IN is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is a motivated self‑starter and passionate about growing professionally through mentorship and continued learning. As part of our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post‑operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, sports performance, and more!

1:1 mentorship provided for all new graduates!

Compensation:

• Salary starting at $75,000 up to $105,000 (Commensurate with experience)
• Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus
• $350/Monthly Student Debt Repayment Program
