Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Columbus, IN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You’ll provide comprehensive care across diverse ages and conditions, with a strong mentorship program for new graduates and a pathway for professional growth.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, a $350/month student debt repayment program, and a salary range of $80,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
• CPR certification valid.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain regulatory compliance.

Our physical therapy center in Columbus, IN is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is a motivated self‑starter and passionate about growing professionally through mentorship and continued learning. As part of our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post‑operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, sports performance, and more!

Compensation

• Salary starting at $80,000 up to $105,000 (Commensurate with experience)
